On Saute-Moutons: Soaking wet.
On Spin-Boating: You will receive a few splashes.
On Panorama Boating: You will be dry, if the weather allows it.
Yes, we provide ponchos, life jackets, sandals and (when cold) under-layers to our passengers which will help to keep you more comfortable on board. The gear is useful in keeping you warmer (but certainly not drier). Passengers can elect to wear their own footwear or sandals but must realize they will be getting wet. If choosing to bring your sandals they must have a back strap.
We provide all the necessary gear excepted a bathing suit and a towel.
We lend you:
On Saute-Moutons: The boat tour is a hour, we spend 30 minutes in the rapids. The rapids are 15 minutes away.
On Spin-Boating: The ride is 20 minutes!
On Panorama: We cruise for 45 minutes.
On Saute-Moutons: from the departure point, we travel up-river from the Old Port of Montreal. The boat makes its way into the famous Lachine Rapids and then we head back on down river under the Champlain Bridge. You return to the same location from which you boarded as our tour is a round trip excursion.
We go on the water rain or shine.
For the jet boat trip you must be at least 6 years old and 44 inches tall (which is the average for a 6 yr old).
Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Guests under the age of 18 need a parent or guardian present to sign participation waivers.
We operate on a first-come first-served basis. Be among the first to put on the life jacket and you will be able to choose your seat (and take the front row if that floats your boat.)
There is no age limit! Our oldest passenger was 94 years old... Maybe you could break that record?
We do maintain, however, that participants of any age should be of good health, free of heart, neck or back issues and not pregnant.
